Simply S & B offers in home care 24/7. Including holidays and weekends. Whether you just need help one day a week or 24 hour care 7 days a week, we can take care of it. The only requirement is that it be a minimum of an 8 hours shift. My office is located in Shimpan, which is in Nelson County and we provide care to all of Nelson County and all of its surrounding areas including but not limited to Charlottesville, Lynchburg and Waynesboro.
