              Ashley Stevens ~ I'm a Mom of 3 boys and a MaMaw of 4! I absolutely love my family, friends, and love caring for my clients as if they are my own family! I have an absolutely amazing Boss and she genuinely cares for our clients and employees.

​          Ashley and I have known each other for 20+ years and she has worked with/for me for about 5 years. She also helped take                care of my dad several years ago on an as needed basis. We have become great friends over the years and I am truly blessed to have her working for me.

            Harley Walker ~ Hello, I am Harley Walker! I am a Nursing student at Piedmont Virginia Community College. I've known Susan       for a while and she is most definitely one of the most kind and understanding people I know. She hired me when I was in high             school, with my CNA license. I fell in love with the job because I have the opportunity to learn my clients likes and dislikes, and who   they are as a person instead of just the care they require. I enjoy the personal connections I am able to build with our clients and card games I get to play while being able to call it my job, when it feels like home most days!

​​   I met Harley several years ago while she was still in high school, before I even started this business. This girl was born to do this type of work. She has a genuine love and understanding for taking care of people. And let me tell you, this girl is going to do big things. At only 19 years old, she has been accepted into Nursing School. I am so beyond proud of her. She has pushed her way through to become someone when at times many would have given up!

Rachel Carothers ~  Hello, My name is Rachel Carothers and I have been working with Susan since early 2023 and started my caretaking journey with Simply S & B. Before I started caretaking, I was a toddler teacher. I have always loved taking care of people and helping them in any way possible. I really love what I do because I love meeting all my amazing clients that have become like family and being able to make sure their loved ones know they are safe and taken care of. I have decided, next year in 2026, I will be continuing my education in the nursing field. I have found my passion through taking care of others and that will always be my career.

I have known Rachel for a few years now, as she is dating my son. She has a heart of gold and is always willing to go the extra mile to help wherever it is needed. She genuinely loves being a caregiver and my clients love her bubbly personality. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for her, not just for the business, but for her and my sons future together!
